The HR program enables efficient management of employees, salaries and labor relations. Key functionalities include:
  • Employee records: tracking employee data, including personal information, contracts, job positions and employment history.
  • Working time tracking: recording of working hours, absences, sick days and holidays.
  • Salary calculation: automatic calculation of salaries, taxes, contributions and other fees, with the possibility of generating salary lists.
  • Vehicle maintenance: monitoring service interventions, vehicle registration and insurance.
  • Reports: generate reports on employees, salaries, performance and other relevant data.

  • Personnel management- In this sense, we can keep different types of records on workers, residents or non-residents, regardless of whether they are employed permanently, part-time, students, interns or former employees.
  • Personal map - For each employee, we compile a personal map, where we enter their personal data and data on family members, data on previous working relationships, build a history of the movement of workers in the company, collect data on length of service, benefited length of service, allowance for past work, history of employee leave and other absences, information on leave for an individual year, medical examination and other mandatory data in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, data on vocational education and training as well as related costs.
  • Personnel module - The Personnel module presents a specific set of data on employee salaries, data on mandatory and voluntary pension insurance including payment records, union membership and records of membership payments as well as working hours of the employee - data that is later used everywhere in the program.
  • Employment needs - For employment needs, there is a module that allows you to track job advertisements. Candidates who, in accordance with the ZZPL, can remain in the database as job seekers for future open positions apply to the ads. Based on the interview, we evaluate and select the appropriate candidate. The authorization mechanism guarantees that personal data about employees remains confidential.
