The contents of the WebBox website are the property of Honigkaiser doo and may only be used for non-commercial purposes, and all copyright notices must be observed.
It is not allowed to change the content of this site in any way, reproduce or publicly display, perform, distribute or otherwise use for public or commercial purposes.
If you want to use the contents published on this website for purposes other than those listed here, you need to contact us to obtain permission.

When using our website, you are not allowed to:
- Interfere with or disable any features related to the security of the site or features that prevent and restrict the use or copying of available content
- You provide incorrect information regarding personal data in your profile
- Use someone else's personal information without that person's permission or falsely represent that you are acting on behalf of a third person, company or organization

Below you will find all information about the nature and extent of processing of your personal data by Honigkaiser d.o.o. , Dragana Rakića 12v/10 Zemun, (hereinafter "Honigkaiser" or "we").

1. How do we collect or obtain your personal data?
We collect your personal data when it is relevant to your needs as a consumer in the way that you register on our site in order to shop online and/or receive our notifications - newsletter.
We generally receive information directly from you, when you order certain products or services, fill out a certain form. Further on in the text, we will explain to you the purposes of data processing, and the basis in the Law. We will use your personal data for marketing purposes, only if you agree to it.
All your personal information is treated as confidential and is adequately protected by Honigkaiser and/or our trusted partners (for more information, see the section: Who has access to your data?).

2. What data we collect from you

2.1. Contacting Honigkaiser – different types of inquiries (contact by e-mail, phone, via social networks)
Depending on the way you contacted us and the type of inquiry, this data may include your name, surname, phone number, email address, other information about you that you exchanged with us, which is related to your inquiry.
We can process the data collected in this way for the purposes of providing answers to your inquiries, for the purposes of collecting statistical data and profiling, in order to improve our business. For the purposes of statistics and profiling, anonymization will be performed, so that no data can be linked to a specific person.

2.2. Marketing purposes - registration to receive notifications about current offers and promotions - Newsletter
On our website, as well as during registration, Honigkaiser will offer you the service of sending notifications about current offers and promotions to your email, and on this occasion you should leave the following information: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, name, address and web address of the company.
If you have agreed to receive our notifications, we use your e-mail/phone number and possibly your name, the designation Mr. or Mrs. if you so choose, to send information about products, promotions, sweepstakes / contests, news and store offers. We store and process this data for the purpose of sending notifications about current offers and promotions.
With your consent, we record your behavior as a user of our website www.webbox.rs and newsletter. The assessment of user behavior primarily includes data on the pages you visit and the links you use there. In this way, we create personalized user profiles with your personal data and/or with your e-mail address in order to enable the creation of an advertising offer by Honigkaiser in the form of newsletters, on-site advertising and printed material, adapted to your personal interests and thereby improve our offer.
You can revoke your consent to receiving notifications about current offers and promotions or creating personalized user profiles at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before the revocation. You can do this by e.g. unsubscribe from the notification list on our website. You can find the unsubscribe link here or at the end of each newsletter. If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data.
We inform you that in the event that we engage external partners for sending newsletters/viber/sms and for this reason we provide them with your personal data, this will be done in accordance with the Law. The data will be stored as long as you agree.

2.3. Social networks
Data on social networks is largely processed by the operator itself, and Honigkaiser has limited influence on that part.

We process data collected on social networks for the purpose of informing consumers about current promotions and offers, and for the purpose of interaction and improvement of relations with followers.
Data collected on social networks based on consent - comments, videos, pictures, likes… is published by the operator. Honigkaiser does not share them with third parties and reserves the right to delete illegal content, hate comments, explicit content and data that constitute a criminal offense.
The operator and we are jointly responsible for the web tracking methods that the operator of the social network platform enables. Web tracking can also occur regardless of whether you are logged in or registered on the social network platform. As we have already mentioned, unfortunately we can only have a limited influence on the operator's web tracking methods, for example we cannot turn them off.
The legal basis for web tracking methods is a legitimate interest, which consists in optimizing the social network platform and the specific fan page.

3. Who has access to your data?
Within our company, access to data, which you have made available to us, is only available to those sectors that need it for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations or for the purpose of fulfilling legitimate interests. As part of the contractual relationship, we engage other service providers, who may gain access to your personal data. Adherence to the regulations on the protection of personal data in these cases is ensured by the contract.

4. How long do we store your data?
We store personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above purposes. In doing so, we take into account the legal storage obligations. We create the criteria for the data retention period in accordance with the purpose, but since technical goods are not purchased every day, we believe that a period of 5 years is optimal for achieving the marketing purpose, while the data on realized purchases and customers are stored as long as it is provided by tax regulations and regulations governing the sales contract.

5. Are you obliged to provide us with your data?
As part of our business relationship, you are obliged to provide us with the personal data that is necessary for the initiation, implementation and termination of the contractual relationship and for the fulfillment of related obligations, as well as the collection of which we have a legal obligation or have the right based on legitimate interests. Without this data, we will not be able to start a business relationship with you as a rule.

6. What rights do you have as a data subject?
To provide you with access to your personal data, to answer for which purposes the data concerning you is used, as well as to access such personal data, to know the purpose of processing, the categories of your personal data that we store, third parties, parties or categories of third parties with whom your personal data is shared, the period during which we retain the data.
To request the correction of incorrect, incorrectly entered and/or outdated data.
To request the deletion of your personal data if the processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by unsubscribing in the way we have provided (by sending a message to a specific number or via a specific link) as well as by sending a message to the Honigkaiser email address registered in APR. If the basis is the law or a legitimate interest, we cannot comply with your request for data deletion.
To limit the processing of your data if you believe that the processing is illegal, if you have raised an objection or if you believe that Honigkaiser no longer needs your data.
To file an objection to the way we process your data, even in cases where it is not disputed that we process the data in accordance with the Law.
To send a complaint to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, in accordance with the Law.

7. Entry into force and changes to the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy will be subject to regular revisions, and we will post any updated version on this website.
